Corona Kher: 8909 new cases in the last 24 hours, the total number of patients crossed 2 lakh

The total number of patients in the country has crossed 2 lakh. In the last 24 hours, 8,909 new cases have been reported and 217 people have died from the deadly disease in the last 24 hours, according to figures released by the health ministry on Wednesday. At that time 4776 people have also recovered.

The total number of patients in the country now stands at 2,07,615. Of those, 5,815 have died. It is also a matter of relief that about 50 per cent or 1,00,303 patients have won the battle against corona. At present, the total number of active cases in the country is 1,01,497. The number of patients recovering has been increasing rapidly in the last few days.

Maharashtra has been most affected by the corona. The total number of patients here has crossed 72 thousand. So far, 2,465 people have lost their lives, while more than 31,000 have recovered. There are currently 38,502 active cases. Tamil Nadu is second with more than 24,000 new cases so far, in which 197 people have died.

Delhi is the third largest corona case. So far, 22,132 cases have been reported, of which 556 have died. While 9243 people have recovered. The total number of patients in Gujarat has reached 17,617, in which 1092 people have died.

The total number of patients in Rajasthan is 9373, out of which 203 have died. The total number of patients in Madhya Pradesh is 8420, out of which 364 have died. The number of patients in Uttar Pradesh is 8361, out of which 222 have lost their lives.
