Corona Kher: 266 deaths in the last 24 hours, the number of patients crossed 2.66 lakh

The number of corona patients is increasing rapidly. In the last 24 hours 9987 new cases have come up and 266 people have died. The total number of patients in the country has risen to 2,66,598, of which 7,466 have died, according to an update released by the health ministry on Tuesday.

About 5,000 people have been cured in the last 24 hours. The number of winners against Corona in the country now stands at 1,29,214. There are currently 1,29,917 active cases in the country. According to ICMR data, 1,41,682 people have been tested in the last 24 hours. So far 49,16,116 people have been tested.

Maharashtra has been most affected by the corona. The total number of patients here has crossed 88 thousand and 3169 people have died. In the last 24 hours, 2553 new cases have been reported in Maharashtra and 109 people have died. 40,975 people have been cured here. And there are currently 44,374 active cases.

More than a thousand new cases came to light in Delhi on Monday and 17 people died. The Health Bulletin released by the Delhi government also reported late reports of deaths of 62 crore patients from May 30 to June 6, based on the report of the Death Audit Committee. The total number of patients is close to 30 thousand, out of which 874 people have died.

The number of patients in Tamil Nadu has risen to 33,229, of which 286 have died. The total number of patients in Gujarat has crossed 20 thousand. So far 1240 people have died. In the last 24 hours, 480 new cases have been reported and 30 people have died.
