Police have filed chargesheets against 15 people, including Aam Aadmi Party's suspended councilor Tahir Hussain, in connection with the February riots in Delhi.

Police have made a sensational revelation that Tahir Hussain was on the roof of his house at the time of the riots. He was the one who instigated the violence in the area. He spent Rs 1.30 crore planning for it. Before the riots he had conversations with people protesting against the CAA and the NRC. It also includes Umar Khalid, a former student of Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Police alleged that they had already prepared for the riots. It was decided after talking to the people that the riots would start in Delhi when the US President visits Delhi.
