8171 new cases of corona were reported in the country, bringing the total number of patients to over 1.98 lakh

More than 8,000 new cases of corona are reported in the country every day. According to a report released by the health ministry on Tuesday, 8,171 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours and 204 people have died from the deadly disease. 3709 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.

The total number in the country is 1 lakh 98 thousand 706. Out of which 5 thousand 598 people have died. The relief is that about 50 per cent, that is, 95,527 patients have won the Corona War. At present, the total number of active cases in the country is 97 thousand 581. The recovery rate of patients has been increasing rapidly in the last few days.

Maharashtra is most affected by Corona. The total number of patients here has crossed 70 thousand. So far 2 thousand 362 people have lost their lives while more than 30 thousand people have recovered. There are still 37 thousand 543 active cases. Tamil Nadu is second with over 23,000 cases so far. Of these, 184 people have died.

Delhi ranks third in the total number of corona cases. So far 20 thousand 834 cases have been registered here. In which 523 people have died while 8746 people have recovered. The total number of patients in Gujarat has reached 17 thousand 200 in which 1063 people have died.

The total number of patients in Rajasthan is 8980 in which 198 people have died. The total number of patients in Madhya Pradesh is 8283 out of which 358 have died. The number of patients in Uttar Pradesh is 8075 in which 217 people have lost their lives.
