Eid was celebrated yesterday in some countries as well as today in India. The effects of the rapidly spreading corona virus around the world are also being felt on Eid. In some places people prayed together, but there is also a social distance being maintained.

Here are some special pictures of Eid being celebrated all over the world

Thousands of people used to come to this mosque in Istanbul for the Eid festival, but this year the Idma mosque was found empty. Some people are praying amidst the peace spread all around.

This picture is of the Badshahi Mosque in Lahore, Pakistan, where people are praying together on Eid. People in the mosque maintained social distance from each other due to the corona virus.

The Eid of Muslim Doctors at a hospital in Kuala Lumpur was nothing special. A doctor on duty at the hospital wished his family a happy Eid via video conference.

At the hospital, the doctor and his health worker had breakfast in the morning and went to work. This year the festival of Eid was not special for them.

Eid was celebrated in Kashmir on Sunday. In the meantime, people in the open field prayed while maintaining social distance, while some people were forced to stay at home.

On Sunday, people in Srinagar worshiped Allah under the open sky. However, people have never celebrated such an Eid before.

There is also a lockdown in Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, a family in Colombo stayed at home and prayed with members.

Due to the curfew in Colombo, Sri Lanka, people were stranded at home. The market on Eid was seen empty instead of crowded.

In Gronzima, Russia, Muslims were allowed to go to the mosque and pray. Where people were seen wearing masks and gloves along with social distances.
