The corona virus has reached the world's largest forest, the Amazon. At one time even ordinary men were reluctant to walk. This is the so-called Amazon Forest, the lungs of the world. Provides 20 percent of the world's oxygen.

Corona virus has also spread to tribes present in the Amazon jungles of Brazil. Hundreds of tribal people have died as a result. There are currently 60 tribes of tribes infected with the corona virus in the Amazon region of Brazil. So far 980 cases have come here. So, 125 people have died.

Mortality due to corona virus is 6.4 percent

Brazilian officials, who inspected the Amazon region, said there was an acute shortage of basic health facilities in the region. Here the infection spreads rapidly. The coronavirus Covid-19 has a mortality rate of 12.6 percent in the Amazon rainforest. However, the death rate from the corona virus in Brazil is 6.4 percent. There are about 9 million indigenous peoples in Brazil. They live in villages surrounded by forests. In April, the first tribal person died of the corona virus in the Amazon. He was 15 years old.

In Brazil, 363,211 people became infected with corona

Now the Brazilian government is trying to make sure that people of this race do not allow outsiders into their territory. In such a situation, how did the corona virus spread in these forests? ICU hospitals are at least 320 km away from 90 per cent tribal community villages. Whereas, they are 700 to 1100 km away from 10 per cent tribal villages. When someone is sick, the person has to be taken to the hospital first by boat and then by plane. So far, 363,211 people have been infected with the corona virus in Brazil. However, 22,666 people have died.
