Supreme Court Justices Ashok Bhushan, Sanjay Kishan Kaul and MR Shah have said in their two-page order that they have seen constant media and newspaper reports.

The report shows that the condition of migrant workers is worrisome, they are traveling long distances on foot, reaching home by bicycle.

Complaining to the administration where they are trapped and also on the way, that they are not getting food to eat, the country is in a state of lockdown, this section of the society needs help in this difficult situation, especially the Government of India and the state government take action. .

The court said that this is a difficult situation for migrant workers, and they have been made aware of the problems of laborers through many petitions and letters. The problem of foreign labor is still there.

A large number of migrant workers are stranded at the border, roads, railway stations and highways in the state, so the state governments have taken action, but it is insufficient. And it has its drawbacks, the need for action to relieve the workers of their troubles.

"We have issued notices to the Government of India and all the State Governments and Union Territories of the country," the apex court said, adding that the Solicitor General should be present in the court as soon as the matter is heard by the Center.
