Space-X ready to embark on a historic space trip with two passengers

- President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence will be present at the launch from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida

Florida, Ta. 27 May 2020, Wednesday

Two NASA astronauts, Douglas Hurley and Bob Behnken, are set to embark on a historic voyage to the International Space Station aboard the Space-X rocket built by Elon Musk's company. If the weather is favorable, the launch of the same spacecraft will have taken place from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 6:05 pm Indian time on Thursday, May 9 at 4:05 am. For the first time since 2011, astronauts have been flying from American soil. For the first time in history a private company is handling a mission with astronauts.

Many high-profile dignitaries, including US President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, will be present at the launch at the Kennedy Space Center. Elon Musk, founder and CEO of California-based Space-X, will be in the mission's control room a few miles from the launch site. The United States launched a lunar spacecraft from the Kennedy Space Center, and a spacecraft sent by NASA into space in 2011 that crashed on its way back also flew from the same center.

The space mission, which is set to launch amid the Covid-12 epidemic, is being awaited around the world, including in the United States. However, NASA recommends watching the launch program at home. Although beaches and parks have opened in the U.S., including Florida's Space Coast, large numbers of people are expected to arrive.

If looting has to be stopped due to weather ...

The Air Force's 8th Space Wing had a 50 percent chance of launching, given the possibility of heavy clouds and rain in the Florida skies. If the weather becomes unfavorable and Space-X as well as NASA jointly postpones the launch scheduled for 5:05 a.m. Indian time on Thursday, the mission, dubbed 'Demo-Two', will be held on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. So it will happen on Sunday at 3.00 pm (12:30 pm on Sunday night according to Indian time). Both of these times have been chosen as the backup time.

The Space-X company raised an additional Rs 2.5 crore

Elon Musk's SpaceX company, which is partnering with NASA to launch the first spacecraft, has announced that it has received an additional 25 million in funding. Alan Musk is the founder and CEO of SpaceX Company and he is also the CEO of Tesla Company. According to a CNBC report, the company has raised more than ૭ 25 million and is valued at 3 billion.
