Season changed in some parts of the country, rains in Delhi-NCR

The weather has changed in some parts of the country, including Delhi-NCR. Rain with strong winds has cooled the atmosphere so that people will be relieved in the heat. In some parts of Delhi, the weather has changed since Sunday morning and it is raining with strong winds. The weather department had earlier forecast rain on May 4-5.

The Meteorological Department issued a severe hurricane alert on May 5, saying wind speeds were likely to be 50 to 60 kilometers per hour.

The weather forecasting agency Skyment also forecast rain in the eastern and northern parts of the country over the next 24 hours on Saturday. According to Skymet, heavy to moderate rains are expected in northeast India, West Bengal, eastern parts of Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and northern Punjab with moderate to moderate rainfall.

Apart from this, some areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Kerala, coastal and inner Karnataka, Telangana, Chhattisgarh are likely to receive moderate to moderate rainfall. Northwestern Rajasthan, parts of Haryana and eastern Uttar Pradesh are likely to receive light rains with dust storms while Odisha and some parts of central Maharashtra are likely to receive light rains.
