Nitish Kumar announces Rs 500 for students and laborers returning to Bihar by train

Bihar Chief Minister Nitin Kumar has made important announcements for returning workers from other states. The Chief Minister said that the Bihar government would provide Rs 500-500 to laborers, students and others returning to Bihar during the lockdown. That is our responsibility.

He said that the workers would have to stay in the quarantine center for 21 days where they would get excellent food, accommodation, medical services, toilet facilities, after which the state government would provide them with travel expenses and an additional Rs 500. Everyone will get at least 1000 rupees.

Nitish thanked the central government for facilitating bringing tourists by train. Politics was taking place in the matter of taking rent from students and workers trapped in the lockdown. Tejaswi Yadav tweeted that if the Bihar government is not able to pay the fare, RJD will pay the fare for 50 trains.
