Lokpal member Justice Ajay Tripathi dies of corona infection

Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi, a member of the Lokpal, has died after being infected with the Corona virus. Justice Ajay Kumar was a judicial member of the Lokpal. He was undergoing treatment at the AIIMS Trauma Center in Delhi after being infected with corona. He died of a heart attack at 9pm on Saturday night.

Justice Tripathi was infected with Corona in April

Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi, 62, was infected with the corona virus in April. After which he was undergoing treatment at the Delhi Trauma Center. Only corona patients have been treated at the Aims Trauma Center since the first week of April.

Was on the ventilator for three days

According to the AIIMS source, Justice Tripathi was weakened due to illness. He was rushed to the ICU in critical condition. They had been on the ventilator for the last three days here.

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad tweeted a tribute to him. Ravi Shankar Prasad said he was shocked by the death of Justice Ajay Tripathi. Ravi Shankar Prasad said he had practiced law with him in Patna. Union Minister Justice Ajay Tripathi's wife Alka Tripathi and her family.

Nitish Kumar expressed grief

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi have expressed grief over the demise of Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi. In his condolence message, Nitish Kumar said that the demise of Ajay Kumar Tripathi has caused irreparable damage to the judiciary.

Sushil Modi said he lost his close friend. He has been associated with Ajay Kumar Tripathi since the days of the grass fodder scam case. Despite being a judge, there is probably no cultural event in the city that he has not attended.

Ajay Kumar Tripathi has been the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court. He was earlier a judge in the Patna High Court. At present he is one of the four judicial members of the Lokpal.
