People of Indian descent are also contributing to the fight against Corona in the United States.

US President Donald Trump has honored Corona Warriors who fought against Corona, including Annapa Reddy, a fourth-grade student of Indian descent.

On Friday, Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, held a program honoring nurses as well as fire brigade personnel and people helping doctors.

Three Girl Scouts were honored. One of them was Annapa Reddy. The students made their own cookies for local doctors, nurses and fire brigades and sent cards to them.
