India's position in the world in terms of branded band speed on mobile is even worse than that of Pakistan and Nepal. India is currently ranked 132nd in this regard.
As per the April 2020 data of Speed Test, the average download speed on mobile in India is 9.81 Mbps and the average upload speed is 3.98 Mbps. The tech company, which conducts speed tests, compiles a list of 139 countries around the world every month based on mobile speed. This is first analyzed by collecting millions of data.
The world average download speed against India is 30.89 Mbps and uploading speed is 10.50 Mbps.
South Korea tops the list with the highest speed of 88.01 Mbps. Pakistan is ranked 112th in the list and Nepal 11th. Sri Lanka is also 115th ahead of India and Bangladesh is 130th.
