The West Bengal chief secretary on Saturday wrote a letter to the chairman of the Railway Board, saying the district administration was busy with relief and rehabilitation work due to the devastating hurricane.

Referring to the Labor Special Trains being run by the Union Government to take migrant laborers to different destinations in different parts of the country, the Home Minister wrote in the letter that the Center provides access to the homes of more than two lakh migrant laborers.
