Corona has killed 194 people in the country in the last 24 hours. Is the largest number of deaths in a single day. There have been 6566 new cases in the last 24 hours. The total number of patients in the country now stands at 1,58,333, according to an update from the health department.
The deadly disease has so far killed 4,531 people. But 67,692 people have been convicted so far after treatment. There are currently 86,110 active cases in the country. Maharashtra is most affected by Corona. About 57,000 cases of coronavirus infection have been reported here, of which 1,897 have died.
The total number of corona cases in Tamil Nadu is 18,545, of which 133 have died. The number of patients in Delhi is 15,257, out of which 303 have died. The total number of patients in Gujarat is 15,195, out of which 938 have lost their lives.
The number of people dying from corona is increasing every day. On May 20, 140 people died. 132 on May 21, 148 on May 22, 137 on May 23, 147 on May 24, 154 on May 25, 146 on May 26, 170 on May 27. Today, on May 28, 194 people have lost their lives.
Since May 22, the number of new corona patients has been exceeding 6,000 every day. On 22nd May 6088, on 23rd May 6654, on 24th May 6767, on 25th May 6977, on 26th May 6535, on 27th May 6387 and today i.e. on 28th May 6566 new cases have come up. That means the number of new cases is increasing day by day.
