A police complaint has been lodged by the Youth Congress in Maharashtra against the BJP spokesperson.
Patra is accused of commenting on Rajiv Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Crores of Rajiv Gandhi would have come up against the virus research scam.
The Youth Congress feels that by tweeting like this, Patra has tarnished the image of Rajiv Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Congress worker Vrajkishore Patel tweeted and uploaded a copy of his complaint.
However, Patra replied, "This is not an emergency imposed by Indira Gandhi or a complaint will harm me."
