Will trains be running again from April 15? Railways are preparing

Due to lockdown, the Indian Railways, which has stopped the trains for 21 days, can resume service from April 15.

According to sources, the railway has started preparations to run trains again from April 15. Railways has ordered its security personnel, guard, TT and other officers to be ready for duty on April 15 in their respective places. The management of the trains will start only after receiving the green flag of the government.

Booking of all passenger trains has been started by the railway. It is believed that all 17 zones of the railway have been ordered to be ready. From April 15, 80% of the trains can run according to the scheduled schedule. Local train service may also start.

Plans will be sent to all zones by the end of the week. Currently over 13000 trains are closed in India. Goods trains are running though.
