In the lockdown, the Indian Army is carrying out both its duty of providing relief to the people of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and eradicating terrorists. Since the announcement of the lockdown, security forces have eliminated 27 terrorists.

According to a senior Indian Army official, security forces have been thwarting terrorist activities in all areas of Jammu and Kashmir affected by terrorism.

Locals are also reported to be supporting the army's work. Getting local help is getting accurate information about terrorist activity and their military operations are also succeeding.

Outraged that the terrorists are no longer getting help from the locals, they are preying on the locals. But to some extent the activism and presence of the security forces has succeeded in stopping them.

Pakistan, on the other hand, is making a concerted effort to infiltrate terrorists into India even in a crisis like the Koro epidemic, with the Pakistani military constantly firing and mortar attacks on the LOC in violation of the ceasefire.

So that terrorists can enter India. However, the deployment of security forces deployed in the LOC and areas inside the region has been met with a resounding response from the militants and the Pakistani military.
