Some states in the country have appealed to the central government in favor of extending lockdown

New Delhi, Apr 7, 2020, Tuesday

The lockdown currently implemented due to corona in the country expires on April 14.

As the date draws to a close, the suspensions are increasing, whether the lockdown will end or will still be extended. This is the only debate on people's mouths.

In these circumstances, sources in the central government say, many states in the country have urged the central government to extend the lockdown. Some experts have given similar advice. The central government is considering the matter.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also decided not to lift the lockdown. That said, the lockdown should be removed in a sudden but not phased manner. The central government should empower the state governments to increase lockdown. Each state has its own problems.
