End of lockdown on 15th? This CM tweeted first and then deleted it

Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu tweeted that the lockdown would end on April 15 after the video conferencing of all the state's chief ministers with PM was over.

However, now Khandu has deleted the tweet and clarified. Earlier in the tweet, he wrote that the lockdown will come to an end on April 15, but that does not mean that people are free to roam the streets.

After deleting the tweet, he wrote another tweet, saying that the previous tweet was done by an officer after the lockdown. Whose Hindi understanding is low. This tweet has been deleted.

The tweet from Pema Khandu's lockdown was even more astonishing that no other CM had made such an announcement after the conference.
