Akshay Kumar donates Rs 2 crore to Mumbai Police, earlier he donated Rs 25 crore to PM Cares Fund

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, who recently donated Rs 25 crore to the PM Cares Fund, has now shown his generosity by donating Rs 2 crore to the Mumbai Police.

He has given this large sum of money to commend the contribution of Mumbai Police in the fight against Corona. Earlier, Akshay Kumar had given Rs 3 crore to BMC for a PPE kit.

"I salute Mumbai Police Head Constables Chandrakant Pendurkar and Sandeep Surve," Akshay Kumar tweeted about Mumbai Police.

Those who risked their lives in the fight against Corona, I did my duty, I hope you will too, we must not forget that we are alive and safe only because of them ".

"It doesn't matter who we are, we want to try to save the life of every single person in these difficult times. I have made a small contribution by donating Rs 25 crore," Akshay said.
