New delhi date. March 9, 2020, Monday

The smell of crores of rupees in the future in Yes Bank came to many customers of the bank just last year. This has led consumers to start withdrawing their own money from the year before. According to a report, consumers had withdrawn around Rs 18,110 crore from the bank during March to September last year.

The current situation is that customers cannot withdraw more than Rs 50,000 from Yes Bank, the bank had a total deposit of Rs 2,27,610 crore by March 2019, though the amount has dropped to 2,25,902 crore by the end of June. It was further reduced to only 2,09,497 crore.

That is, consumers have recovered around Rs 18,110 crore during this period. There are reports that the smell of bank sinking had come to customers years ago which led to the withdrawal of money one by one. However, no data has been released from the post-September bank, which could not be ascertained the amount to be withdrawn.

There are some customers who have taken all the money they had in their account as soon as they found out that everything was not going well in Yes Bank, one such Delhi customer told the media that I had deposited as much money as needed to operate the bank account. When all the balance was withdrawn, I suspected that everything was not going well at Yes Bank at present.

For the past several months, there has been debate that Yes Bank is about to sink, following which the bank also circulated messages that were all right to prove the debate wrong and made such advertisements. It was claimed that the bank's customers should not be affected.
