Currently, there is a growing need for doctors to treat coronary cases. In the midst of this situation some hospital doctors are scared to go and some are fleeing. A similar incident took place in Jharkhand, where a doctor in Jharkhand refused to treat Kaplan and quit his job.
West Singhbhum Civil Surgeon Doctor Manju Dubey said, "We have given 24 hours to resign Alok Tirke, who resigned." And if not, an FIR will be filed against this doctor. Health Secretary Dr. Nitin was given to Madan.
The government has also warned that if they do not join their duty to treat a coronary virus patient, their license will be revoked. An FIR will also be filed under Jharkhand Epidemic Disease (Covid-19) Regulation Act 2020, Epidemic Disease Act 1897. The resigning doctor was given the responsibility of treating the corona virus three days ago, however, fearing that the doctor would refuse treatment and resign in writing, not via WhatsApp and email.
