Until now, only defense staff had access to WiFi. Now all domestic passengers will be able to use internet service on laptops, smartphones, tablets and so on. However, the pilots will be able to discontinue the service provided by the pilot.

Especially when the weather is bad, the pilot will have the right to turn off WiFi. However, the government clarified that airlines would have the right to decide how much WiFi will be provided. Assuming airlines can provide wifi service to their customers in this way.
