Sonia, Anurag, Kapil, compensate the victims by selling the property

Another petition filed by BJP's Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Verma and Kapil Mishra as well as Congressmen Sonia Gandhi and Salman Khurshid had made inflammatory speeches in the Delhi High Court today.

The petitioner also demanded the creation of a 'seat' to register the case against the inflammatory speakers and assess the damage done to the riots in northeast Delhi last month.

The new petition filed by Deepak Madan demanded the confiscation of the properties of those who gave hate speech and also selling the properties of the accused to the victims of the riots in the national capital.

The petition stated that the leaders' speeches were not only provocative, but also defamatory, causing riots in the city. The petitioner was also demanded to arrest the lecturers who made inflammatory speeches under the National Security Act.

He was also accused of endangering the integrity and integrity of the country. The petitioner said that no action has been taken so far against the leaders who gave inflammatory speeches, though the impact of their speeches was seen and there were riots.

'Even when the leaders were delivering inflammatory speeches from the public forum, the Delhi Police did not take any action against such leaders. The state police did not make any case against the political leaders and did not take any action against them, 'the petitioner Madan wrote in the petition.
