Mortgage of our legislators, confident not possible: in Madhya Pradesh Congress Supreme

Shivraj meets Governor, Kamal Nath government demands cancellation of all decisions taken in two days

Release our MLAs, allow them to meet, revoke governor's trust order: Congress

New delhi date. March 17, 2020, Tuesday

Governor Lalji Tund has been ordered to conduct a credible process in Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. Now, both the BJP and the Congress in the state have reached the Supreme Court.

The BJP demanded early confidence that the Supreme Government has sought an answer on the issue. Now the Congress of Madhya Pradesh also cried in the Supreme Court saying that our legislators have been taken hostage. And we have to contact him but it is not happening.

Earlier, the petition filed by the BJP earlier for trust was heard in the Supreme Court. The court directed the Madhya Pradesh government to submit its reply on Wednesday.

Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan filed the petition on behalf of the BJP. However, in the petition filed by the Congress party later in the Supreme Court, it was argued that our legislators were kept hostage by the Central Government of Karnataka and that legal action should be taken against those responsible.

Also our legislators should be allowed to attend the current legislative session. It was also demanded that the order that Governor Lalji Tunde had received in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Tuesday should be canceled and declared as unconstitutional and illegal.

On the other hand, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh held a meeting with Governor Lalji Tandon, demanding that any decision taken by the present Kamal Nath government be abolished in two days and claimed that the government does not currently have a majority. It is unconstitutional.

Therefore, the decision of Madhya Pradesh is now in the hands of the Supreme Court and a hearing on this matter will be held on Wednesday morning. It has sought response from the governor, speaker, government and rebel lawmakers on the petitions filed in the Supreme Court and clarified that further hearings will be held on the matter on Wednesday morning.

If BJP doubts, mistrust proposes: Kamal Nath

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath wrote a letter to Governor Lalji Tund and ordered him to receive the trust on Monday and later on Tuesday. The letter has now been forwarded to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.

Referring to the Governor's letter, he claimed that in his letter, the Governor had accused me that I was running away with confidence but this is not the case. My government is in full agreement. And if BJP is concerned, mistrust can be proposed.

The type of governor mentioned in his letter is not correct. Earlier, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly had postponed the assembly till March 26, after which the Governor ordered a vote of confidence on Tuesday. The letter of the order has now been sent to the Speaker and the matter is on the other side in the Supreme Court.
