Imran Khan government has not done country lockdown under pressure from businessmen

Islamabad, Mar 26 Mar 2020, Thursday

Imran Khan's government, which did not enforce the lockdown in Pakistan, has fallen into disrepair due to pressure from businessmen.

On the one hand, PM Modi in India has announced a 21-day lockdown even at the cost of the economy. In order to prevent the spread of corona, the Pakistani government is not doing a lockdown even though the spread of corona is increasing.

Under these circumstances, a Pakistani newspaper has revealed that the Imran Khan government decided not to lockdown after pressure from top businessmen of Pakistan. Because they feared the lockdown would hurt them immensely. For their benefit, the Imran Khan government has put millions of lives at stake.

The newspaper says that when the number of coronary patients in Pakistan has increased to over 1000, it is now urgent that Imran Khan change his decision and declare lockdown in the country. At the same time, the Pak government helps the provincial governments, who are trying to fight the Corona, to prevent the poor from getting into trouble.
