How did the Nizamuddin Markaz virus spread to the Andaman Islands?

The 21-day lock-up in the country is related to the transmission of corona virus spread across Andaman on March 18, organized by Nizamuddin's staged Jamaat-e-Islami in Delhi. Corona virus is not in the air and is only spread through the contact of human beings affected by the virus, which is why more than 4 people have been banned from gathering all over the country under section 144 under lockdown. While people are being advised to stay home and maintain social distance, there were hundreds of people living in the same building. Surprisingly, the six-storey building of Markaz is located near the Nizamuddin police station.
