Why does the UN not see the atrocities committed on minority Hindus in other countries? : India

United Nations, Ta. February 28, 2020, Friday

In the United Nations, India had swept Pakistan over the issue of terrorism, a representative of India has told a Pakistani delegation to immediately stop funding the terrorists. India's statement comes at a time when the Finance Action Task Force (FATF) has decided to keep Pakistan on the gray list.

While the FATF has also asked Pakistan to take drastic action on terrorism, India has also increased pressure on Pakistan. Earlier in the session of the 43rd Human Rights Council of the United Nations, Pakistan accused India of violating human rights over the Kashmir issue. However, responding to the allegations later, India's UN Secretary-General Vimarshan Aryan said, "We have the right to respond to Pakistan's allegations."

In his reply, Vimarsha later said that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is currently completely under control. Nevertheless, terrorists are frequently being infiltrated by Pakistan across the border. Pakistan must end this terrorism. On the other hand, the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations had also approached Pakistan on terrorism issues and asked them to stop the violation of human rights.

On the other hand, the United Nations Human Rights Commission has also advised India on human rights violations. The Human Rights Body of the UN issued a statement saying that the protests against CAA in India are worrying and the government should consider this.

Later India also responded by saying that it seems to us that the UN human rights body needs further investigation into the claims it has made as the current situation is calm and there is no dispute. Why not raise the issue when Hindus, Buddhists etc. were openly murdered in Pakistan and other countries?
