The Yokovich Champion for the eighth time at the Australian Open, beating Thiem

Serbia's second-seeded tennis star Yokovich defeated Austria's Thiem 6-4, 4-6, 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the final of the Australian Open to win the historic title of the Australian Open for the eighth time.

Yokovich won the Australian Open title record for the eighth time, also making his 17th Grand Slam title in his career. With this win, he also re-crowned the number one in the ATP rankings.

The final between Yokovich and Thiem played in Melbourne Park, Australia, lasted four hours. Thiem, who was the first Australian player to enter the Australian Open final, lost for the third time in the Grand Slam final.

He has twice lost the French Open final before. Yokovich proved his dominance with his seventh victory in the 11th match against Them. Yokovich also had to be treated during the match. However, the title did it again in its own right, regaining its vitality.
