Prashant Kishore accused of using stolen material for 'Bat Bihar Ki'

Prashant Kishore, once the runner-up in the run-up to the election, is once again in contention and this time a complaint has been filed against him at Pataliputra. He has been accused of stealing content for the 'Bat Bihar Ki' campaign.

Sushmita Gautam, who lives in Motihari, has filed an FIR against Prashant Kishore, the contestant for the election, and has also named another Osama youth. Osama has been elected secretary of the student union at Patna University, while Shashwat has worked for the Congress party in the past.

In fact, Shashwat had created a project called 'Bihar Ki Baat' which he was planning to launch in the future. Meanwhile, a young man named Osama resigned from his job. Osama has been accused of delivering the content of Gautam's project to Prashant Kishore. Then Prashant Kishore uploaded the content on his website.

Shashwat Gautam has presented witnesses to the police in this regard and claimed to have registered a website with his content in January. When Prashant Kishore registered his website in the month of February.
