Nirbhaya convict hits his head with a wall in jail, pleads in Election Commission to avoid hanging

A new death warrant court has announced that the accused of Nirbhaya scandal will be hanged at 6 am on March 3.

All four, however, are still racketeering to escape the gallows. One of the culprits, Vinay Kumar, has even tried to injure himself by hitting his head on the wall in jail. Vinay has also suffered head injuries.

Vinay Kumar's lawyer, on the other hand, has tried a new panther. The lawyer has filed a petition in the Election Commission. It has been said that when Delhi government minister Satyendra Jain recommended Vinay Kumar's mercy petition before the President on January 19, he was neither a minister nor an MLA.

The lawyer said that it is illegal to dismiss the mercy petition in these circumstances. Because the code of conduct for elections was in force at that time in Delhi. The petition calls for the EC to take legal action.
