Following the change in the British government, Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed Rishi Sunak, a finance minister, of Indian origin. Sunak is co-founder of Indian IT firm Infosys, co-founder Narayan Murthy.

He will join a ministerial body with Home Minister Priti Patel, the government's top agency. Earlier, Pakistani-origin Sajid Javed resigned as finance minister.

So, after the Brexit, British Finance Minister Sajid Javid had resigned from the post of Janata Minister a month before the government's annual budget was presented. Javid's spokesman confirmed this.

He had resigned before Johnson's cabinet reshuffle. An official quoting Javid's source said that Johnson wanted Javid to release his team of advisers, but Javid refused.

A source said that 'Javid had quit the finance minister's post'. Boris Johnson wanted Javid to release all his special advisers and put the number ten special adviser in his team to form a special team.

Javid said that no self-respecting minister would accept such a thing. Julian Smith, a Northern Ireland-born moderate in the resumption of power sharing in Belfast, resigned after Prime Minister Jones surprisingly resigned.

Javid has resigned following rumors of a dispute between the Finance Ministry and the Prime Minister's close adviser, Dominic Kunings. Dominic promised to change the cabinet. Javid, 50, is a high-ranking banker who got into politics and joined the Cabinet instead of Finance Minister Philip Hammed.
