Muslims are a piece of our jigar, nobody can touch them: Rajnath Singh

New delhi date. Sunday 23 February 2020

Referring to the ideology of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that Muslims are a jigar and there is no question of sectarian politics. In a revelation given to the IANS on Saturday, the defense minister rejected the notion that the Modi government was against religious minorities.

Rajnath Singh said that even before his rally in Meerut and Mangaluru, he said that a Muslim is a citizen of India and our brother is a piece of our jigar.

The government, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has tried to relieve fears and instill confidence in Muslim citizens from the very beginning.

The defense minister said, "There are some forces which are misleading him. But the BJP cannot go against the Indian minority in any case." From the very beginning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided the formula for development of all. There is no question of discrimination on the basis of race, religion and color. We just can't think about this.
