Decision taken at FATF meeting on blacklisting Pak


Crop among claims of aggressive action against terrorism. Only three were able to meet the condition

Preparations are under way to blacklist terrorist Aka Pakistan. The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) placed Pakistan on the gray list from which it has not been removed, reports that preparations are now underway to blacklist it.

According to a report, Turkey and Malaysia made several attempts to get Pakistan out of the gray list and protect it from the black list, but none of it worked.

There are reports that even if Pakistan is not blacklisted, it will be kept on the gray list. This means that Pakistan's problems are more likely to increase. A meeting is going to be held on Wednesday 19th which will help Pakistan take action on terrorism.

The FATF sent 50 questions to Pakistan, asking for information on what it did to counter terrorism. In the midst of this situation Pakistan will now have to decide whether to blacklist it, remove it from the gray list, depending on the answer Pakistan gives.

Earlier, the FATF gave Pakistan 19 points. Earlier, Pakistan was able to fulfill only three conditions. Hafiz Saeed is currently sentenced to 11 years in prison. As well as Masood Azhar crop. The army has disappeared. So there are reports that Pakistan is preparing to build the water first.
