CAA does not have names of former Presidents: Umesh Chandra Pandey

New Delhi, Feb 6, 2020, Thursday

Thus, the common man, even the so-called leaders, do not know enough about the new citizenship law (CAA) but protests are made because of the appearance. One such ridiculous example happened in Uttar Pradesh.

Former Samajwadi Party MLA Umesh Chandra Pandey, in the Mau district of Uttar Pradesh, termed the CAA a black law and alleged that the names of ex-presidents were removed from the NRC.

Umesh Chandra Pandey, who was twice elected as the BSP's MLA from the Madhuban seat, joined the SP on the 20th of last month. At that time, he alleged that I worked as a legislator for ten years and as a party worker for years before, but now the BSP has gone astray by forgetting the original issue.

He also alleged that the names of former Indian Army personnel were also cut from the NRC.

However, Pandey had just disappeared when the media asked for two such names. No one could name the former president or army jawan.
