Refusing to reconsider the issue of Citizenship Improvement Act (CAA) and Article 370, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday asserted that despite extraordinary pressure from all sides, his government was and will remain firm on these issues. "The country has been waiting for these decisions for years, whether the abolition of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir or the implementation of the Citizenship Improvement Act (CAA)," he said in a public meeting during a day-long visit to his constituency Varanasi.

These decisions were necessary in the interest of the nation. "We will always press on all the world or press on these judgments, forever," Modi said. Article 370 of the Constitution, which gave special provisions to the previous state of Jammu and Kashmir, was abolished by the Modi government in August last year. Given the protests against CAA in various parts of the country, the Prime Minister's refusal is very important. In some of his government's most important decisions, Prime Minister Modi mentioned the creation of a trust for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and stressed that the work of the Ram temple would go 'very fast'. He added that work on the construction of 'Ram Dham' would start soon after the trust was formed and his government has decided to transfer 67 acres of land to the trust.

The Prime Minister had earlier spent Rs. 50 projects worth Rs 1,254 crore were laid. During his visit to Varanasi, he provided a link to IRCTC's Mahakal Express through a video link. This is the first private train in the country, which will connect three Jyotirling pilgrims in Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi and Madhya Pradesh, Ujjain and Omkareshwar.

Tweeting about this, Prime Minister Modi wrote, 'Today marks the launch of Kashi Mahakal Express train connecting Omkareshwar, Mahakaleshwar and Kashi Viswanath Jyotirlinga, a symbol of faith and faith. This train will play an important role in the economic development of the areas along with the religious tour. '

The Prime Minister dedicated the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Center to the nation and honored the 63-foot statue of the RSS thinker. This is the largest statue in the country of Pandit Upadhyaya. In addition, he inaugurated 430-bed super-specialty government hospital.

He said that in Varanasi in the last few years, Rs. 25,000 crore worth of development programs have been completed or are being completed quickly. Government has given highest priority to roadways, highways, waterways and railways in Uttar Pradesh and work on the Eastern Express Way is going on very fast.

The Prime Minister said that tourism will be the main source of economic development of the country for five trillion dollars and emphasized on the integration of heritage and religious sites. He said that our behavior as a citizen will determine the direction of the country in the future.

The country is not just made up of governments. It is made up of the values of the people living in it. Our work as a citizen will determine the fate of India. He said that under the Namami Gang program, Rs. 7,000 crore worth of projects have been completed and Rs. Work is underway on projects worth over 21,000 crore.
