Youth firing with India mother Ki Jai at CAA rally in Jamia

An unidentified person opened fire on a pistol in front of a police convoy in the Jamia University area during a demonstration during the CAA protest in the capital Delhi.

The firing incident was also captured in hundreds of cameras. The bullet struck a student. The injured student has been taken to the hospital.

A march was organized from Jamia to Rajghat today to protest the CAA.

The shooter also fired slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai .. Delhi Police Zindabad and Vande Mataram.

Police say the young man is being questioned.
