The unemployed are more suicidal than the peasants

Unemployed youth are more suicidal in the country than debtor farmers, the National Crime Record Bureau revealed.

According to the Bureau's report, in 2017-18, the incidence of suicidal youths became more frustrated by jobless youths than farmers.

According to the Bureau's report, unemployment in 2018 cut short the lives of 12 thousand 936 people, while the number of farmers' suicides this year was 10 thousand 349.

According to the Bureau, the number of suicides in 2018 was 3.6 percent more than the previous year. In 2018, one lakh 35 thousand 316 people committed suicide. The following year, in the wake of unemployment in 2017, 12 thousand 241 people were cut short.
