The first shock of the new year, cooking gas costs Rs 20 per cylinder

On the first day of the new year, there were reports that the budget of millions of housewives across the country had to be changed. The prices of cooking gas cylinders went up.

As of yesterday, prices of 14.2 kg gas cylinders were increased by an average of Rs. The 14.2-kg cylinder subsidized in Capital New Delhi was priced at Rs 714.

The same cylinder will have to pay Rs 684.50 and Rs 734 in Mumbai and Chennai respectively.
