He also said that tax evasion is a financial offense as well as social injustice with other citizens of the country. But if the government imposes arbitrary and excessive taxes on the citizens, this will be considered as a kind of social injustice by the government.

Bobde said tax should be extracted like honey, nectar should be extracted without damaging the flower. Taxpayers should find appropriate and immediate disputes to be resolved or resolved so that they can be more inclined to pay taxes.

At the same time, a skilled tax judiciary must ensure that the taxpayer is not implicated in any case. Bobde's statement also came up at a time when the government is preparing to introduce a budget. Days after the reckoning, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the country's budget.

Tax cases are underway in various courts, and they have also been seen declining in the last two years. As of June 30, 2017, a total of 2,73,591 cases were pending in the Supreme Court, High Court and Tax Tribunal. This figure dropped to 105756 on March 31, 2019.

Bobde also appealed for efforts to ensure that tax cases are no longer pending. At the same time, he said that if tax cases are pending for a long time, it would have a direct impact on the tax payer.
