Oyo Hotels employs 12,000 employees in China and 10,000 employees in India

Employees working for the Oyo hotels are facing a threat. Oyo has fired thousands of its employees in China and India. According to sources, there is a cloud of crisis on this company run by Softbank.

According to related sources, the company has shown an outside way to five per cent of employees by referring to its appearance in China. In India, 12 per cent of the workforce has been fired.

Oyo Hotels employs around 12000 in China and 10000 in India. According to sources, the company will hire another 1,200 employees in the next three months.

Oyo has long been reporting that employees are being fired for lack of efficiency.

Most of the workforce is laid off in the Sales, Supply and Operations division of Oyo. According to sources, there is no possibility of filling the vacancies in Oyo.

According to a company official, some employees have been sacked due to technical development. Other departments of staff are also being shifted.

It is worth mentioning that the development of Oyo was good but the image of customers has been damaged due to customer complaints in recent times. Customers complained that the owners of these chain hotels were not behaving well.

Softbank also invested money with this vision, but suffered huge losses in the last financial year due to bad image. The annual salary for employees who have been hired is Rs 10-12 lakh.
