Questioning the constitutional legitimacy of the Citizenship Amendment Act, former 106 Government Babus wrote an open letter to the Modi government on Thursday saying that the country has no need for CAA, NRC or NPR.

He likened the proposed NCR and NPR procedures to being timeless and time-consuming. He claimed that the action would make the public more trouble.

Former Delhi Lt. Governor Najib Jung, former Cabinet Secretary K. like this. 106 former government officials, including Chandrasekhar and former Chief Information Commissioner Wajahat Habibullah, have urged the central government to stick to the citizenship law of 1955 on the issue of citizenship identity.

In an open letter to the central government under the heading "India does not need CAA-NPR-NRC," it said, "We are skeptical of the constitutional legality of the CAA provisions."

We do not consider this law morally upright. The citizenship reform law did not deliberately exclude people of the Muslim faith, thereby spreading fear in the minds of a large population of the country. '

The central government should focus on the country's economic prosperity. It is not beneficial for the country to get into conflict with the citizens on the road. In addition, most state governments are unwilling to implement the proposed laws.

Such a situation could have a serious impact on the relationship between the Center and the state. Our group of former government bureaucrats who have long served the country clearly believe that the actions of both the NPR and the NRC are unnecessary and needless. This will cause the public to face a wide range of difficulties.
