Malaysia's PM acknowledges that there is no point in taking action against India

Kuala Lumpur, Ta. Jan 20, 2020, Monday

India has cut huge imports of palm oil from Malaysia following the comments made by Malaysia's PM Mahathir Mohammed on the removal of Article 370 from Kashmir. This has caused a huge blow to Malaysia's economy. Because of this, Malaysia has begun its negotiations with India.

Now PM Mohammad Tevar is slowing down. He acknowledged that Malaysia would not take any kind of retaliation action against India. Because our country is very small against India. We are not in a position to take action. To get out of this situation we have to consider another option.

However, 94-year-old Mahathir Mohamed once again said that the citizenship law applied in India is unfair. Earlier, Mahathir also supported Pakistan on the Kashmir issue and said that India has occupied Kashmir.

However, following the statement of Mahathir Mohammed, the Indian government has taken a similar stance with Malaysia. Malaysia has been hit hard after India has stopped importing palm oil from Malaysia.
