Iran, Saudi Arabia conflict with Pakistan devastating: Imran Khan

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan said the conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia could prove catastrophic for Pakistan.

Describing Saudi Arabia as his Jirgaan friend, Imran claimed that we have always had good relations with Iran.

We are also constantly trying not to fight between these two countries. In an interview with German media Deutsche Willen told Imra that we live in a very sensitive neighborhood. Saudi Arabia is our Jirgaan friend. The conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia could prove catastrophic for Pakistan. We have always had good relations with Iran.

We always try to make sure there is no war between these two. For the sake of reconciliation between the two, I had earlier sent Saudi Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi to Saudi Arabia. Also recently visited Tehran. We are constantly on the alert to ensure restraint on both sides.
