The Indian Air Force has increased its fighting capacity by about 20 percent by restructuring efforts. This will help Air Force fighter squadrons better prepare for battle.

According to Air Force sources, over the past few months more than 2000 air fighters and technicians have been assigned to the fighter squadron. These Air Force personnel have been removed from the Air Force Headquarters and Command Headquarters to be assigned to field duty.

These airmen cannot use their technical capacities at headquarters. So the Air Force has deployed these soldiers in field duty. The presence of a large number of airmen and technicians in the fighter squadron will reduce work pressure from the already present personnel and will also help increase safety in flight management.
