The colonel became an inspiration to the Indian Army by reducing the weight of 37 kg

Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has expressed concern over the increasing weight of superiors on numerous occasions. They also often refuse to leave and fit in with the officers.

However, Gautam Guha, a Colonel of the Army, has been a source of inspiration for Indian Army personnel. The reason is that Colonel Guha has reduced his weight by 37 kg. Now Jaipur Army Hospital is using their weight loss technique as a pilot project.

Colonel Guha's weight had reached 107 kg in January last year. He fell into the Army's worst medical category because of diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.

Today, however, Colonel Cave is quite fit. He is now 70kg, recovering from diabetes and hypertension as well as heart disease. They are now excluded from the category of infit.

The technique adopted by Guha is now used by Jaipur Army Hospital on 400 patients.

Colonel Guha, who participated in the operation against terrorists after the 2008 Mumbai attacks, says that every soldier thinks he is the fittest person in the world. Because the fog's life style is like that. After I suffered a back injury in 2013, I stopped playing and then my weight continued to increase. In 2015 my weight reached 100kg. I had adopted all the ways to lose weight. Many medicines were consumed. Running for kilometers every day, but after reading about different research, I realized that exercise is necessary but 70% of weight loss is based on diet.

Guha suggests the following technique for weight gain:

- The focus should be on reducing fat, not just weight loss.

- The kitchen needs the most attention. Refined oils and hydrogenated oils can be used off, ghee butter, coconut oil, mustard oil. If cholesterol is high you should focus on an antioxidant diet.

- Stopping sweets does not end diabetes. Foods that are high in glucose should not be eaten.

- You should take a low carbohydrate diet. Which is determined by the body.

- The quality of calories should also be seen. A 300 calorie salad should be kept in mind that good ice cream is bad.

- 30 to 60 year olds should fast for 14 hours a day. That means if you have a meal at 9 o'clock in the night, you should eat it again at 11am For those above 60 this time should be 12 hours.
