Six people, including a police officer, were killed and two police officers were injured in a shooting outside a store in the New Jersey area of ​​America Tuesday morning.

New Jersey Chief of Police Officer Michael Kelly told the media that police received a message that some of the gunmen had entered the store. Soon the police reached there.

The gunmen in the store started shooting at the police. Police launched a self-propelled shooting. The confrontation lasted for an hour in which one police officer and five civilians were killed. Two police officers were injured.

New Jersey Public Safety Director James Shea said police did not consider the incident to be a terrorist attack. Nonetheless a detailed investigation was underway.

The schools around the incident were closed immediately after the shooting. Traffic was also stopped near the Hudson River. James Shee further said that President Donald Trump himself was monitoring the incident.
