PM Modi, who was involved in a meeting of the National Ganga Conference convened on Saturday for the Namami Ganga project in Kanpur, visited the Atal Ghat of the Ganges Barrage to inspect some plans.
As they were returning from there, they fell off one foot while climbing the pier. Photos and videos of the incident went viral on social media.
Though no injuries were reported to PM Modi, his statement on social media has begun. Samajwadi Party leader IP Singh satirized Modi's downfall and BJP's Delhi leader Tejinder Bagga rebelled against him.
