The Telangana High Court has ordered that the bodies of the four persons who were allegedly raped and raped by a woman doctor in Hyderabad be kept alive till the 13th. On the other hand, the encounter has been questioned in the Supreme Court and a PIL has been filed. The Supreme Court has been prepared for this PIL hearing.

The PIL has demanded that the encounter be a gross fraud and that it should be investigated by the SIT for what is called a murder. The Supreme Court has been prepared for this PIL hearing. At present, two appeals have been filed in this regard in the Supreme Court.

The petition contends that no one has the right to punish any person without going through the process of law. The court only decides whether or not to impose a sentence, since the police do not have the right, so it is inappropriate to step up the encounter.

Four accused were arrested near National Highway 44 in Hyderabad in which four were killed. When the encounter took place, the number of policemen was 10 and they were trying to escape with a police pistol, which led to the subsequent encounter by the police.

However, investigations have already been launched by the Human Rights Commission in this regard. The matter is now going on in the Telangana High Court and the Supreme Court. Following the order of the Telangana High Court, the bodies of all four will have to be preserved till the 13th.

On the other hand, the team of Human Rights Commission has reached Hyderabad and has started investigations on the whole matter. The Human Rights Commission is also in talks with the police personnel involved in the encounter.
